Workshop on Pesticide Free Towns

On the 16th of October 2017, PAN Europe organised a workshop  on management of public green spaces without pesticides, focusing on the practices in Brussels region. The workshop specifically focused on how to involve all actors in the transition to pesticide free, and specifically focused on training of professional gardeners.

The workshop allowed the municipalities to exchange good practices and common challenges in management without pesticides. With the exhibition from renowned arhitect Luc Schuiten "Brussels-The Vegetal City", the participants were also inspired to reflect upon a green vision for towns including the next steps after being pesticide free.
