Legislation on Plant Protection Products

In line with the Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 on authorisation and marketing of pesticides (PPPR) and the Commission Regulation (EU) No 283/2013 on data requirements PAN Europe works to protect the honey bees, secure a complete ban of neonicotinoids that harm them, prevent the abuse of the derogations by MS while expanding its work to protect other pollinator species like butterflies.
