Legislation on Plant Protection Products

In line with the Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 on authorisation and marketing of pesticides (PPPR) and the Commission Regulation (EU) No 283/2013 on data requirements PAN Europe works to protect the honey bees, secure the partial ban of neoniconinoids that harm them, prevent the abuse of the derogations by MS while expanding its work to protect other pollinator species like butterflies.
