PAN Europe ASBL is open to NGOs and other organisations and professional bodies, non-profit corporations, international, European, national, regional and local organisations, duly constituted under the laws applicable in their country of origin.
To become a member of PAN Europe, applicant need to send its internal rules as well as a letter of interest explaining overall objectives, and why they wish to become a member of PAN Europe.
